About Us

Nautical Health Concepts, LLC was established on January 1, 2011 in Baltimore, Maryland. The agency provides training, implementation, and strategy consulting for a plethora of health organizations. We have a strong presence in Georgia, Florida, California, Maryland, and North Carolina. We aim to help primary care and other healthcare organizations transform to a value-based delivery system in alignment of the Affordable Care Act. Now based in our Nation’s Capital, we continue to produce creative and user-friendly tools, reference guides, and trainings to simplify the complex changes in healthcare. 
Meet Our President - Robert Granger, III
Mr. Granger has over 15 years of experience in implementing and evaluating care coordination and other patient-centered programs within 15 different states. He is passionate about training and mobilizing value-based concepts. Leadership, innovation, and relationship-building are among his notable strengths.
